Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase, to every country available at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).
Delivery time
After processing, estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on the destination. Orders with more than one item may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages.
Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Customs and import taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties or taxes may be charged by your country's customs office. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price.
Delayed or lost packages
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
